For the second year in a row, Curchods are award winners for Property Marketing at The International Property Awards.
The International Property Awards are the most prestigious property industry awards in the world and this year, Curchods are delighted to announce that we were announced Award Winners in the Best UK Property Marketing (South East) category at the UK award ceremony, held at the Lancaster Hotel in London on 29th October 2021.
This is the third year in a row that Curchods have been recognised at this industry event with an award for their marketing, which previously have included:
- Best UK Property Marketing (South East) 2021/2022
- Best UK Property Marketing National UK 2020/2021
- Best UK Estate Agency Website 2020/2021
Now in its 28th year, the International Property Awards are held in different regions around the world, with regional winners going on to compete on a National and then International level.
The United Kingdom Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability. The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best and Lord Waverley, all of whom are members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.
Internationally, the awards cover over 45 different residential and commercial categories. Regional heats are staged for Arabia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Central & South America, the Caribbean, USA, UK and Asia Pacific.
