Lettings Negotiator - Curchods, Kingston upon Thames

Salary: Competitive (to include basic, car allowance and uncapped commission)

Type: Full Time / Permanent

Our lettings business levels are expanding and we are now looking to recruit high calibre experienced and non-experienced lettings negotiators who will be part of our friendly and busy Kingston Lettings team. The ideal applicant will require the following skill set:

  • Show great communication skills, including good command of English, both verbal and written
  • Have the desire and motivation to achieve targets/goals
  • Display high standards of service and presentation
  • All applicants must have their own car and hold a full UK driving licence

Junior Graphic Designer - Marketing Department, Head Office, West Horsley

Salary: Competitive

Type: Permanent

Start Date: Immediate

Surrey’s largest privately owned estate agent is keen to find a Creative Designer to join their in-house marketing department. Working under guidance of the Marketing Manager at the head office, you will conceptualise and deliver excellent creative material for both our in-house brands and new homes developer clients. Working for our new build developer clients you will be involved in:

  • Conceptual design for new build developments, development brand creation look and feel.
  • Marketing collateral creation: brochures, flyers, printed magazine advertisements window cards, pull up banners
  • Digital marketing creation: Creation of Email flyers, social media advertising and subsequent reporting. Creating of digital advertising banners. Website maintenance

We operate two in house brands, for which you will:

  • Assist in production printed and digital marketing collateral.
  • Assist in creation of marketing campaigns from concept to creation.
  • Create and distribute content for social media and digital marketing channels.

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrate an excellent and thorough working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience of previous design and creation of social media content. Knowledge of social media management platforms advantageous.
  • Good attention to detail, copywriting, proof reading.
  • Confident liaising with clients.
  • Pro-actively initiate ideas to constantly improve the quality of design.
  • Ability to strike the right balance of creativity and commercial impact, whilst prioritising effectively.
  • Experience of dealing with printers, with an understanding of the litho and digital print process and designing for each.
  • Detail and deadline driven and with the ability to multi-task with solid organisational and time management skills.
  • Car driver essential.
