Lettings Negotiator – Curchods Weybridge

Basic Salary: £15,000 - £17,000 per annum, depending on experience + uncapped commission, OTE £30,000+ per annum + Car Allowance (must have own car and hold a full UK driving licence) and reimbursement for business mileage

Location: Weybridge

Type: Permanent

We are looking for a high calibre, experienced Lettings Negotiator who will be part of busy Weybridge Lettings team. The ideal candidate will:

  • have 12+ months lettings experience
  • be able to demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude with the drive and ambition to succeed
  • show strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • have the desire and motivation to achieve targets/goals
  • display high standards of service and presentation
  • strong local knowledge
  • a full UK driving licence

Senior Lettings Administrator – Curchods Head Office

Competitive Salary

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

Location: Curchods Head Office, West Horsley

Type: Permanent

Start Date: Immediate

Based at our prestigious head office in West Horsley we are now looking to recruit a high calibre experienced Senior Lettings Administrator to join our friendly team. The ideal applicant will:

  • have experience in lettings, property administration or property management
  • be able to demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude with the drive and ambition to succeed
  • show strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • display exceptional customer service skills
  • be accurate, numerate and computer literate with strong attention to detail
  • work as part of a team with excellent organisational skills
  • own transport is essential

The role will include:

  • overseeing the lettings administration department
  • preparing tenancy agreements
  • arranging gas safety checks, pre-tenancy cleans, inventories, electrical safety checks
  • liaising closely with the branch staff in the lead up to the tenancy commencing
  • maintaining regular communication with both tenants and landlords in the lead up to tenancy commencing
  • dealing with tenancy renewals
  • managing the end of tenancy/move out process
  • providing administrative support to the lettings branch

Mortgage Administrator – Curchods Head Office, West Horsley 

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000

Location: West Horsley

We currently have an opportunity for a Mortgage Administrator to join our friendly team in West Horsley. If you have experience in processing mortgage cases from application through to completion and have a drive for providing high levels of customer service, then we would like the opportunity to talk to you.

Based at our Head Office in West Horsley your main duties will be:

  • liaising with our team of mortgage consultants
  • processing mortgage applications from application onwards
  • being the main point of contact with our clients
  • speaking to lenders, solicitors and estate agents, ensuring our client's experience is a smooth and enjoyable one

We are looking for an Administrator with experience working in the mortgage industry and who is comfortable in a fast paced, busy environment. The following skills will ensure that you are able to excel in this role:

  • computer literacy
  • experience of different IT systems as you will be using an industry leading back office system
  • excellent organisational skills
  • strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Mortgage and Protection Consultant - Curchods Mortgage Services 

Salary: £80,000 OTE including basic + car allowance + uncapped commission

We currently have an opportunity for a Mortgage and Protection Consultant to join our team. Supported by an enthusiastic and dynamic team you will be provided with a regular supply of good quality referrals whilst using your experience and communication skills to generate your own business leads from one or more of our busy estate agency offices. 

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • full CeMAP or FPC/CeFA qualification
  • minimum 1 years' experience and proven track record in a mortgage and protection sales environment
  • target driven and results orientated
  • professional and confident approach
  • able to the drive and ambition to succeed
  • you must have your own car and hold a valid UK driving licence
