ROLE PURPOSE
Reporting to the Head of Property Management, the post-holder will provide high quality and wide-ranging customer service to our clients and their tenants. Whilst previous experience in property management is preferred, it is not essential provided the successful candidate possesses a positive attitude towards problem solving combined with strong communication skills. Our Property Management Team strives to provide an excellent level of service to both our landlords and tenants and as such you will be required to be able to multi-task and thrive under pressure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a liaison between landlords, tenants and contractors
- Arranging maintenance on behalf of landlords
- Adhering to compliance by efficient administration
- Processing insurance claims
- Approving and processing invoices
- Manage relationships with Contractors
- Working closely with the lettings teams to ensure the smooth running of tenancies
- Arranging gas and electrical safety checks
- Assist with inventories, check-ins and checkouts
- Negotiate deposit returns
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- A positive, can-do approach to all aspects of work
- IT literate and strong MS Office skills and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team and support others while also being self-motivated
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Good level of knowledge of property maintenance
