Joint Senior Partner Andrew Dewar has spent more than 40 years as a professional in the Surrey property market and manages the business on a day to day basis. Andrew’s career has seen him help thousands of people move home and his innate human understanding has enabled him to create and shape the outstanding customer experience we provide. Andrew’s passion for recruiting, training and retaining the very best people means he is still as active in the business today as he was on day one but is now focused on staff training and development.

Joint Senior Partner John Slatter has been respected in the property industry for over 45 years. With some 200 staff John’s appetite for the business and people never to wanes and he is always here to help and advise across the whole spectrum of residential property matters – we just can’t keep him away!
As a partner and on the main board of directors of the company, Warren Fraser and his team have been responsible for more than £1.5bn worth of property sales during his time in Walton-on-Thames and continue to be market leaders in the private estates of Burhill Park, Burwood Park, Ashley Park and beyond.
Regional Sales Director
Dan is very proud to have worked his way up through the company, having started as a Trainee Negotiator in the 1990’s. A move to senior management at a group level has meant that Dan is able to implement some of the best practice he developed running the Farnham branch on a wider scale and help the already successful offices within his region continue to grow and outperform the competition.
Joe had no plans of becoming an estate agent when he did his joint honours in French and Spanish at Bath university. However, the excitement of property proved too much for him and he joined Curchods in 2007 having worked during holiday periods from school and university.
Modest to the end when asked and then pressed why he was so successful, he suggested that his love of property and people combined were to blame. He is a consummate communicator who has an easy ability to put people at ease immediately and his passion for going the extra mile is legendary. In 2021, after 5 years of having great success in our Esher office Joe now looks after, and drives forward, eleven of our most successful offices as Area Director.
Head of Lettings
Adam has a proven track record of success throughout a career that spans more than 15 years working in the London and Surrey lettings market. In previous roles, Adam has worked for both a large corporate agent, as well as developing two other prestigious letting agencies to become market leaders in their chosen areas. Adam joined the company in January 2020 and is responsible for all aspects of the lettings division with a key focus on ensuring he and his team deliver the highest levels of service for both our landlords and tenants.
Andrew was educated at Cranleigh School and after deciding not to go to University, he started his Estate Agency Career in 1987 with Gascoigne Pees at Cobham. During his early years at Cobham Andrew gained significant experience when dealing with high quality homes on the private estates of Cobham and Oxshott. After getting married in 1991 he took over the reins as manager of Gascoigne Pees in Weybridge, where for over 10 years he ran the top income performing Office in the whole the Black Horse Agencies Group. Andrew built up a strong reputation during the 1990’s as one of the leading selling agents not only within Weybridge but notably on the St George’s Hill Estate.
In 2001 Andrew joined Curchods to run the long established Weybridge branch which he did most successfully for 13 years. During his time at Weybridge,he earned a well deserved reputation amongst the residents of St George’s Hill, for his ability to bring about the sale of so many homes that form part of this renowned private estate. In recognition, Andrew was made a Partner of Curchods in 2013 and is now in charge of our St George’s Hill department at Curchods Prime office at Esher.
His knowledge of the Elmbridge property market and in particular the St. George’s Hill Estate, is vast, some say encyclopaedic and whilst he cannot lay claim to having been into every house on the Hill, he has certainly been into 80% and has now sold over 300 homes on the Estate. Having dealt with the sale of homes on St George’s Hill for over 30 years now, this makes him a true St George’s Hill expert. He is the “go to” not only by buyers and sellers, but by other property professionals for all matters “St George’s Hill” and many refer to him locally as “Mr St George’s Hill”.
