Our Mortgage Services ,our prolific mortgage arm of Curchods Estate Agents, are looking to recruit several new consultants to take care of the ever growing volume of mortgage and proetection enquiries stemming from our sales and lettings offices.
Experience/qualification in Mortgage and Protection advice is necessary for several positions, but we may also have room for some new blood to train over time. Any estate agency experience would be very helpful too.
We offer generous basic salaries and uncapped commission earning opportunities for those with a passion to serve the public and deliver sound professional advice.
Whilst we are a substantial firm with 25 offices, we run the business as a family and take great care of our staff and create a vibrant exciting environment in which to operate.
We are looking for an outward, positive attitude where the answer is always “yes, now what is the question?” We joke a little about this, but the public are more demanding now than ever and so a robust, positive attitude to solving their problems is vital.
The candidates we are looking for will not necessarily be unhappy with their current role or package but they will be looking to the future to develop their skill sets, career and income.
These are full time roles 8:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday, (if you want to work Saturdays feel free!). Each of our consultants is allocated a group of offices from which they derive their business and is required to spend time in each of these offices. There is also the opportunity after an initial p[robabtion period to work from home on occasions making this a mild hybrid role > however time spent in the sales offices is key to developing strong relationships and becoming an integral part of those teams.
For the Protection Only Specialist role, as business will be developed essentially from clients already signed up to place their mortgage with us, home working can form a larger part of the role, post probation period, and still with some time based at our headquarters in West Horsley
