How it works:

1. Fill in the referral form below with your details and your friend’s.
2. We’ll arrange a market appraisal with them.
3. Once we complete their sale on a sole agency basis and receive our fee in full, you each receive your vouchers.

*Terms & Conditions: This referral form must be completed in advance of a market appraisal being booked. Should your friend have already booked a market appraisal with Curchods, this offer will not be valid. Only one set of £250 referral vouchers can be issued per property transaction. Should there be more than one referral, the earliest referral will take precedence. This offer cannot cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other Curchods offer, discount or promotion. The sale of the instructed property must be completed on a sole agency basis. Upon successful completion of the transaction and payment in full of the agreed fee to the relevant Curchods office, two referral vouchers will be issued, one to the referrer named on this form and one to the referee named on this form.
