Andrew Grant named in the 2025 Spear’s 500 Property Index

We are proud to announce that Andrew Grant, Prime Partner and St George’s Hill Specialist at Curchods Prime, has been featured among the top property advisers in the 2025 Spears Index. Andrew was named in Spear’s 500 ‘Recommended Country/Rural Specialists’, a Spear’s Magazine annual listing of the best buyers, sellers, managers and investment advisers working with property and high net worth individuals today.

Launched in 2014, the Spear’s 500 has quickly become Europe’s most respected guide to the top private client advisers and service providers for high-net-worth individuals. The Spear’s 500 is published as a high-quality coffee-table guide that is sent to the private homes and offices of the wealthiest families in the UK. The publication has grown in size and scope each year, thanks to the reputation of the Spear’s brand and the value it generates for readers as well as the individuals and firms that appear in its pages.

Country property specialists are described as by Spear’s 500 as ‘the advisers trusted by high-net-worth clients to invest in rural real estate, whether they want to upgrade their primary residence or expand their property portfolio with a second home or commercial venture. The properties on offer are often one-offs that require just the right meeting of buyer, vendor, time and place – it is the job of the best country property specialists to orchestrate these moments.’

In 2023, Andrew celebrated his 33-year anniversary as an estate agent, with a primary focus on St George’s Hill, arguably one of, if not the most exclusive private residential address outside of London. Over the last 35 years, Andrew’s name has become synonymous with property sales on St George’s Hill and personally involved in the sale of hundreds of properties for HNW and UHNW individuals. This led to being named ‘Best Estate Agent, United Kingdom’ by the International Property Awards.
