On Friday 10th November 2023, at a prestigious event held at The London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square, Andrew Grant was awarded Best Estate Agent in the United Kingdom. Earlier, Andrew had collected the award for Best Estate Agent in Surrey and came out on top when compared to national competition at the United Kingdom Property Awards 2023-24.
Partner at Curchods Prime and Curchods dedicated St George’s Hill specialist, Andrew is no stranger to the epitome of excellence and the recognition of an International Property Awards accolade echoes Andrew’s own commitment to providing the highest of standards.
The United Kingdom Property Awards are the most acclaimed industry award and mark of excellence, celebrating the highest standards within the property industry. The highly coveted awards are independently assessed by a judging panel of over 80 industry experts.
Speaking about his award win, Andrew said
“To have collected the award for best estate agent in Surrey was recognition enough, but to have picked up the national award was a pleasant surprise. It’s not often you get the opportunity to pause and reflect on your career or indeed your recent success, so it is great to have had the opportunity and be recognised for it. I try to do the best for my clients every day and we’ve had great success in recent years, and this is the crowning glory.”

Having won the highest award in the UK, Andrew Grant has secured a regional nomination and will be judged against Europe’s best and, if successful, will compete to claim the crown for the World’s Best Estate Agent at the International Property Awards. The winners will be announced early in 2024.
