One such developer is Windsor Homes Ltd who recently picked up an award for Best New Luxury Property at the Surrey Property Awards 2019. Hosted by guest speaker Gyles Brandreth, the Surrey Property Awards are one of the most recognised award ceremonies for the property industry throughout Surrey.

The award winning development consisted of two brand new luxury five bedroom detached houses, located in the verdant village of St Johns, just outside Woking town. These two properties sit in large mature plots with detached double garages, private individual driveways for numerous cars and provide traditional family accommodation with all the latest build techniques, making them ideal for families looking for a high quality home with lots of space.

Curchods have worked together with the directors of Windsor Homes for more than 30 years. During this time our in-house new homes specific sales team and graphic designers produce a unique look for each development and marketing plan that has successfully attract the right buyers for Windsor Homes. Peter Francis, Windsor Homes Managing Director, describes this service to his business as being ‘second to none’.
Once the properties were completed the first step was to commission professional photography and floorplans by our partners who specialise in new build properties.
Curchods created the branding for Cedar Ridge, producing a bespoke look and feel that compliments the development, including a site board and sales brochure. We also commission professional luxury photography which was instrumental in winning the award.
Curchods created a site board and a hoarding for the development to compliment the branding of the brochure and advertising, in order for visitors to easily find the properties and advertise them to local residents.
Curchods and Windsor Homes held a pre-launch meeting between the two teams dealing with all aspects of the site marketing. Each and every member of Curchods Woking branch had a guided tour by Rob Francis, who stated he was impressed by the enthusiastic professionalism displayed at each stage of Curchods marketing. Targeted advertisements were created by Curchods and strategically placed in local property publications including MoveTo, Essence Magazine and The Guildford & Woking Magazine.
These printed adverts were supported by email and social media marketing campaigns to raise awareness of the properties and drive buyers to the development.
