On 1st March 2019 Curchods opened their new branch at 56 Station Approach in West Byfleet and unveiled a sophisticated new look, designed to transform the customer experience.

The interior design focuses on putting the experience of both their customers and staff at its heart and provides an inviting, homely and relaxing setting to discuss all matters relating to moving home. The branch has been designed by Curchods in-house marketing team to complement the new company website, which is due for launch in Spring 2019.

From the walnut and chrome furniture, the plush velvet ‘meet and greet’ seating area, to the choices of wall colouring and panelling and the soft furnishings on the individual desks; the attention to detail throughout is clear to see.

Curchods were also keen to support British-made manufacturers and suppliers and are proud to have enlisted both British and local businesses in the majority of the redesign.

As an environmentally responsible company, Curchods are very proud of their removal of printed contract documents from all their branches, which has helped them to reduce their carbon footprint and continue on their goal of operating paperless branches, something which was fundamental to creating the minimalist concept of the new branch.

With the return of Branch Manager, Mark Allard, the team are keen to see business flourish in their new prominent location. Mark Allard comments:

Having been located at the foot of Sheer House since 1992, we are excited about the future and look forward to welcoming residents past, present and future into the new branch to discuss their moving needs”
