This doesn’t mean you need to sell your home on the cheap, far from it in fact – what we see time and time again in October is that for the correctly priced homes coming onto the market with us, we regularly find we have several buyers fighting to buy it, helping us consistently achieve sales above the original asking price sales.
What we have seen above all else is that the price of a property is the most important aspect to get right.
