Local excellence and customer service recognised by the British Property Awards 2025
The British Property Awards exist to identify and reward estate agents who deliver consistently high standards of service, based on independent, mystery-shop style assessment against 25 criteria. These criteria cover everything from communication, responsiveness, professionalism and fairness through to market knowledge and local insight.
Our Curchods Esher office won the Gold Award for Esher for a whopping seventh successive year, while our Curchods Teddington office has now collected the Gold Winner for Estate Agent in Teddington for five consecutive years (2021-2025), reflecting a sustained standard of excellence in service and consistency. Meanwhile, our Curchods New Malden office extended their run to four years collecting the Gold Winner for New Malden award.
Continuing successful runs of three consecutive years, our Curchods Cobham, Curchods Woking and Curchods Kingston offices collected Gold Winner for Estate Agents in Cobham, Woking and Kingston upon Thames this year. Curchods New Haw once again collected the Gold Winner for West Byfleet & Addlestone and whilst Curchods Weybridge also collected their local award.
A worthy website, highly commended at The Negotiator Awards 2025
In 2025 we were also acknowledged at the Negotiator Awards, the UK’s leading independent awards programme for estate and letting agents. Our website, which we redesigned early in 2025, was shortlisted and Highly Commended for the Website of the Year category. Alongside our branch and digital successes, 2025 also saw one of our senior leaders receive prestigious recognition on a national stage. At the United Kingdom Property Awards, part of the globally respected International Property Awards programme, Warren Fraser, Director and Head of Curchods Prime, was named Best Estate Agent in Surrey.
These awards are judged by an extensive panel of industry professionals, including leading architects, developers and property consultants from around the world. Warren’s win reflects not only his exceptional professionalism and market knowledge, but also the standards of service and leadership that underpin our Prime offering.
