Declan began his estate agency career in 2015, when he joined Curchods Surbiton as a Trainee Negotiator. Over the last decade, Declan has progressed through the ranks at Curchods, acquiring a wealth of experience and local knowledge across Surrey and South West London. Declan has worked in a number of Curchods offices including New Haw and Teddington as a Negotiator, Senior Negotiator and Assistant Manager, before becoming Branch Manager of Curchods Shepperton in early 2025.

Declan has been part of award-winning estate agency offices, with Curchods Teddington winning the 2022 British Property Awards for estate agents in Teddington, and has himself won an award for estate agency excellence – as an award winner for Estate Agent in Surrey at the 2022-2023 United Kingdom Property Awards.
