[0] => We moved to 2 Laurel Bank in 2019 when our daughter was 9 months old and have happily lived here since. It has been a wonderful family home for us and we have created many cherished memories along the way. From the moment we first viewed the house, we were drawn to its period charm and character: solid wood floors, original fireplaces, stained glass windows and decorative Victorian features. Alongside its charm, the house is really practical for family life, offering three generously sized bedrooms, off-street parking for two cars, a separate home office and a low-maintenance garden - a real sun trap during warmer months! The garden has undoubtedly been one of our favourite spots, perfect for lazy Sunday morning coffees, family playtime and relaxing with a chilled glass of wine on summer evenings. We have embraced village life and have loved being part of the Chobham community, building very special friendships. This move is a bittersweet one for us, we’ve loved our time here but we now need more space for our larger family.

[0] => The house's location in the heart of the village is especially convenient. The Coop opposite is ideal and we are a minute's walk from the High Street, which has two excellent pubs, a delightful coffee shop and a lovely Italian restaurant. There are also fantastic Chinese and Indian takeaways close by and another pub for good measure! The area is also exceptionally well served by highly regarded schools and nurseries, which have been invaluable for our family. We have especially loved the abundance of green space on our doorstep with countless walks across the Water Meadows and around Chobham Common. The house is also incredibly well connected, just a ten-minute drive from Sunningdale and Virginia Water and around ten minutes from Woking station, with its fast and direct trains into London Waterloo.
