Full Description
HOUSEBOAT - Step aboard the rear deck and you’ll find yourself on the thoughtfully designed stern, an outside space that’s perfect for relaxing and socialising. It features wraparound seating, with weather- resistant, removable cushions and space for a free-standing dining table. Four deck lights create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a collapsible rain/sun hood provides cover whatever the weather.
In the main saloon, a generous central skylight allows light to pour in. The contemporary open-plan living area boasts a totally original design and styling using Scandinavian influences to create an industrial feel. It features attractive full height storage and shelving units, diesel fuel stove and there’s plenty of room to add your own handpicked freestanding furniture.
There’s a high-spec L-shape fitted kitchen with generous storage with soft-close doors, granite
worktops and herring bone tiled wall. There’s plenty of integrated appliances including fridge,
freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/Dryer, twin oven, 4-burner gas hob, microwave and wine
cooler.
The luxurious master bedroom sits at the front of the boat in the spacious bow area and boasts a
wonderful 76cm-wide window to allow plenty of light and air. At the heart of the room is a generous king-size bed and corner-mounted TV. Access to the dressing area is via a stable style design door which then leads on to the spacious bathroom.
A full-size bath and a separate shower with designer taps and fittings provide an exquisite look. There’s also storage space for towels/linen, under-floor heating and a contemporary black heated towel rail.
The cosy second bedroom provides space for a queen-size bed, single wardrobe and a desk space with drawers.
The boat measures 70ft (21.3m) long by 12ft 3” (3.75m) wide. With a wheel steering, 60
horsepower engine and bow thrusters, it is built to cruise and to enjoy for static living
accommodation.
Built in 2021, the houseboat has been very carefully maintained by its present
owners and comes with a fully-transferable mooring at D’Oyly Carte Island.
