Olympian Heights is perhaps the most recognisable of the central Woking developments and is located right in the heart of the town with all it has to offer practically at the doorstep. In recent years the town centre has undergone a significant programme of modernisation taking on a far more contemporary and modern feel. 2022's addition of Victoria Place with its new flagship M&S store not only links up with both the previous shopping centres "Worsley Walk" and The Peacocks, but also highlighted the artisan food market. Separate to the shopping centre, a string of well known bars and restaurants run along Commercial Way, while a recently refurbished multi screen cinema and the New Victoria Theatre can be found at the centre of the town, with the latter being one of the largest receiving theatre houses outside London's West End.
