Guildford

Fairlands is a quiet and very convenient residential location on the outskirts of Guildford that has its own local shops for everyday needs but is also within no more than a few minutes’ drive of Guildford. Fairlands is a popular area with families looking to be within the catchment of the popular Worplesdon Primary School. Guildford’s cobbled High Street is lined with a very fine collection of period buildings that house a myriad of bars, restaurants and shops while at either end of the town there are numerous entertainment options including the renowned Yvonne Arnaud theatre, the multi-screen cinema and the superb G Live music and events venue. Guildford also has an excellent range of state and private schools and a commuter station that runs directly into Waterloo while for the road commuter the A3 and thereby the M25 are also close-by. Guildford as a whole is surrounded by miles of green hills and open countryside all of which is readily accessible from Fairlands while a short drive will take you out into the heart of the Surrey Hills.
