Curchods is the oldest estate agent in Ottershaw and is run by branch manager, Jonathan Rhodes Smith, who comments "I started in estate agency in 1987 in Egham and went on to work in towns such as Surbiton, Twickenham and Kingston before moving to Woking in 1996, joining Curchods in 2009. At the end of 2014, I moved to Guildford to take up the reins of an office." After several successful years in Guildford, Jonathan moved to the branch manager position in our Ottershaw branch - his ethos has always been to provide clients with accurate, realistic and sensible advice during the home-moving process. Jonathan is married to Amanda who works at our New Haw office, and plays piano for various societies and support Reading FC.
