“I want to thank everyone at Curchods East Horsley for being so helpful over our purchase of Magnolia’s in 2016. Lucy Zohdy has taken pains to answer all our questions, both before and after completion and has supplied us with useful introductions to local servicemen. We have no hesitation in recommending Curchods in all respects.”Heatherdene, West Horsley
“Great team and genuinely pro-active. Kate and her team ran an efficient process from beginning to end, with no time-wasting viewings. When there were a few tricky moments towards the end of the process, we really saw the benefit of Kate’s experience.”The Highlands, East Horsley
“Curchods were so helpful in making our move relatively stress free from marketing to completion. From the outset they were courteous, thoughtful about the market during and post Brexit referendum, and honest in their dealings with us. Whilst we really hope not to be moving again in the next few years we would heartily recommend them.”Heatherdene, West Horsley
“The team at Curchods kept us fully informed at all times about how our sale was progressing. Kate, Lucy, Steph and Robert all went out of their way to make, what can be such a stressful experience, as painless as possible and were happy to go that extra mile for us. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.”Effingham Common Road, Effingham
“I think many people approach estate agents with a bit of trepidation, not knowing how straightforward the relationship will be. However my experience with Curchods was exemplary and all of my fears were for nothing. Kate and her team were exceptional and they felt more like friends than a business. I've already recommended them to many.”Oak Grange Road, West Clandon
“Having to negotiate the sale of a house in which I've lived for 50 years, I was more than grateful for the kindness, efficiency and support (which went way beyond the call of duty!) from the team at Curchods East Horsley. I cannot speak highly enough of the team who all exceeded their job description for which I was SO grateful”Chalk Lane, East Horsley

“Very professional and genuine support. Lucy was excellent in helping us find our dream home. She understood what we were looking for and our budget and worked with us to find us that property. We are very pleased with how the process of buying a house was dealt with by Curchods and would not hesitate to recommend them.”Guildford Road, Effingham
“From the start we were very impressed with the explanation of the services provided and the confidence of the presentation. The ability to find potential buyers was correctly registered and the subsequent stream of viewings was impressive. A firm offer of the asking price on only the fifth day was well above expectations.”Heatherdene, West Horsley

With the (inexperienced) vendors living in Japan and using me as their intermediary there were inevitable difficulties which Curchods handled very professionally and with much courtesy leading to an excellent outcome. Their judgement and advice was consistently sound.”Orestan Lane, Effingham
“Following the loss of our first buyer you worked swiftly to find a replacement purchaser. We're most grateful and will come straight to you for any future house sale.”Orestan Lane, Effingham
