We’re thrilled to announce our Prime proposition is now expanding into South West Surrey, powered by the key appointment of Jordan Sturgess as Prime Partner.
Having previously spent a decade specialising in the prime and super prime market across Surrey and Berkshire, Jordan’s role will oversee the expansion of the company’s Prime proposition into South West Surrey.
The established Prime team, who focus on the finest homes across Elmbridge and the wider Surrey area, is spearheaded by Prime Director Warren Fraser. Our success is epitomised in Elmbridge, where we have been the leading estate agent for sales agreed above £2million for consecutive years, as verified by Rightmove. And, in 2023, we agreed the sales of more properties above £1million across the whole of Surrey than any other estate agent.
As we venture into new territories, our aim is to echo our Elmbridge success, meeting the growing demand from UK and International buyers looking for country homes in Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire.

The appointment happens at an exciting time, following the recent rebrand of our Burns & Webber offices. Having acquired Burns & Webber in 2007, these four offices will be rebranded in 2024 as we expand not only our Prime proposition, but also expanding our brand further south.
