Description

We are looking to complement and grow our business in New Haw with a motivated individual used to being a team player and having a sense of fun. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading, independent estate agency group with 25 offices across Surrey and south west London, committed to providing outstanding customer service.

 

The ideal candidate will posses:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM software, Reapit
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the property sector would be advantageous

 

Key responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:

Customer Service:

  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Schedule, confirm and conduct appointments for property viewings and meetings
  • Provide information to clients about available properties, market trends, and the buying/selling process

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and update property listings on the company website and other property portals
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online listings
  • Assist in drafting and proofreading property descriptions and sales documents
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing for property viewings and client meetings
  • Follow up with clients after viewings to gather feedback and answer any questions
  • Help prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
  • Coordinate with solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders to facilitate property transactions

Office Management:

  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organised, and welcoming
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team
