Welcome to our estate agency office in Ham. We specialise in residential properties for sale in Ham, KT2 Petersham, TW10.

Our Ham branch is headed-up by Branch Manager, John Fowles, who comments "I began my estate agency career in the 1980’s, with youth and enthusiasm on my side, working through the ranks in key London/Surrey areas including Wimbledon, Richmond and Cheam. Having set up the Ham office 19 years ago with Marilyn, I have experienced the many highs and lows of the property market in this area. Now a part of the Curchods family, I remain as passionate and enthusiastic today as I did on my first day, and always strive to give outstanding customer service, share my vast experience, and provide sound professional advice. In my spare time, my major hobby is wreck diving. As I approach 500 dives, I have an ambition to dive Truk Lagoon in Micronesia, with its sunken Imperial fleet."

Breath of fresh air

My agent Adam was breath of fresh air to the other estate agents I dealt with before. He was honest and genuine and didn't have sale at any cost attitude , which was refreshing. During the purchase which was longer than expected due to legality - Adam was informaitive and very calming in a potential volatile situation
