The house is approached at the front by way of a large gravelled driveway that allows for at least 4 cars to be parked, off to one side there is a small area of lawn and the whole is well enclosed from the lane by a mature hedge. Nearby Guildford and Woking offer a comprehensive range of shopping, recreational and educational facilities as well as mainline railway stations to London Waterloo (approximately 23 minutes from Woking, 34 minutes from Worplesdon).
