When you open the front door you are greeted with a good sized kitchen/dining room which spans the rear of the property and is fitted with a range of appliances. There is a separate very cosy lounge to the front of the house. The kitchen opens on to a smart, well maintained garden with a patio area and a garden shed. There is also side access to the garden from the driveway (car port), which would comfortably provide off street parking for three cars. The upstairs landing is very spacious and carpeted leading on to two double bedrooms, both with storage, a single study/bedroom is number three and there is a fully fitted modern bathroom.
All in all this family home is a firm favorite of ours and should be on your viewing list!
Howards Lane is situated in the heart of the area known as Row Town, a hamlet nestled between the towns of New Haw and Addlestone. Just around in the corner is a newly modernised and popular local gastro-pub, The Cricketers. In the opposite direction is Walton Leigh Park - a popular area of grass surrounded by woodland - perfect for walking the dog! At the top of the hill is a very handy range of shops, locally known as the 'Top Shops' which includes a Co-op newsagent/post office and a butchers, amongst others. Two featured local primary schools are The Holy Family and Ongar Place. More comprehensive facilities can be found at Woking, about 5 miles away, and the nearest mainline station can be found at Byfleet and New Haw.
