Park Gate Court was built in the early '90's by McCarthy Stone as retirement apartments for the 60's and over. They offer a genuine reason to buy over and above some of the more modern developments in town, particularly because of the location which, whilst still offering accessibility to the town centre, is leafy, quiet and right opposite a pedestrian only gateway into Woking Park. It is also unlike some other developments as it is relatively small complex (33 apartments only) and has a homely feel to it.
The large sitting room looks out over the front and is open plan to the kitchen while the bedroom is a comfortable double with a large built in wardrobe.
Woking town is undergoing some very significant regeneration currently which is seeing a far more contemporary and interesting town develop with well known restaurants and bars along Commercial Way. The station runs what is regarded as one of the best services into Waterloo that can be found in the area and also has a very efficient coach service that runs to Heathrow airport.
